B.A (English)

Bachelor of Arts in English is a UG discipline. It is an affiliated course to Bharathidasan University. It formulates a life in a philosophical way. The department offers comprehensive syllabi to cover the entire history of English literature from the Anglo-Saxon period to the present day and world literature, along with language studies. Supporting the students to enhance their competence in language through literature, the department serves as an interface for the economically underprivileged to achieve the target language competence through a “Bridge Course”.
