Learning & Development
At KCAS, the Learning and Development phase of students is supported through an andragogical (adult-focused) teaching and learning approach. This is complemented by regular industrial visits, interactions with industry experts, hands-on industrial training, and project guidance from industry mentors. Feedback from recruiters and other key stakeholders plays a crucial role in curriculum and syllabus revision meetings, helping to shape an industry-oriented academic framework on our campus.

Corporate Relations
KCAS has built strong and enduring relationships with leading industries and academic institutions worldwide. Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with top corporate partners have significantly contributed to enhancing the skills of our students, making them highly employable and industry-ready. These companies offer mentorship from the moment students join KCAS, providing valuable guidance and exposure. In addition, knowledge sharing on emerging technologies and opportunities to work on real-time projects are key benefits of these collaborations. Students also gain hands-on experience through On-the-Job Training and internships offered during summer and winter breaks.
